VIP Group is a credit broker and offer a range of vehicle finance products and services through our carefully selected service providers. We provide a service of presenting the products offered by our providers. VIP Group may be paid a commission for providing this service. VIP Group has a duty of care to protect our clients’ privacy. We collect, retain, and use information about our clients to service them to high professional standards. This information is collected from our clients in writing, in person, by telephone or electronically. This data may be passed onto our service providers to arrange the provision of the service offered, with consent from our clients. All personal data is collected and stored securely for the appropriate length of time. VIP Group complies with The Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations. Charges
When an order is placed, VIP Group charge an administration fee of £359.98 including VAT (£299.99 plus VAT) for the brokering service provided.
Invoices that include any fees charged by VIP Group are issued by VIP Group and are payable before delivery of goods provided. Payment must be made by a direct transfer. Contact VIP Group if more information is required.
Complaints
Should there be an occasion where you feel we have failed in our service to you, we will do everything possible to ensure that your complaint is dealt with fairly and promptly.
